What details are required to track a parcel?
To check shipment statuses, you need the unique Document Number (also called Tracking Number, Consignment Note, or AWB) provided by the shipper, along with your name and mobile number to authenticate the query.
How does Auto-Detect Courier selection work?
Each Indian courier company has a specific sequence structure for tracking IDs. For example, DTDC numbers usually start with letters or digits followed by 9 numerals. Our system analyzes the format pattern to detect the carrier automatically.
Why is my parcel status not updating?
Parcels are scanned only at key transition hubs. Statuses will update once the parcel arrives at or leaves a sorting center. If it has been static for more than 48 hours, please reach out to the carrier's support desk.
Can I track my Speed Post package here?
Yes, our system fully supports India Post Speed Post, Registered Post, and Express Cargo tracking. Use the India Post option in the selector or rely on Auto-Detect.
